I use MarketSports in Shoreditch, fairly quiet which is why I like it,

Used Fitness First (Fenchurch St) on Wednesday and was really impressed.

yeah, before work lunchtime and after are always packed, sometimes difficult to get a locker. You either have to pay up or stay outside the city.

LA fitness is alright. I actually preferred them to Virgin,but then im not interested in being a ponce. Virgin is right up your street in that respect.

Virgin Aldersgate is the best one in the city. Not cheap though. About 120 a month, but for a man of your means it should be no problem.
